To help him get it back again you have to very carefully use the mouse and click on it to pick it up. Then when you have picked it up, you have to try and pin it back on Eeyore by clicking on the exact spot where it needs to go. It's quite tricky to get it in just the right spot. Unfortunately every time you pin Eeyore's tail back on, by the next level it has fallen off again, so you must keep going to see how many times you can pin it back on.
